I am new to Medicare

Start with a conversation about your questions, enrollment status and any existing employer coverage.

Schedule a first Medicare conversation

Already a client with a service question? Get help with your current policy. You do not need to start a new quote request.

Choose how you would like to get started

Request a comparison online

Start with one intake for your doctors, hospitals, prescriptions and pharmacies. It opens on RetireFlo so our team can prepare for your Medicare comparison. Plan results are not displayed immediately, and completing the intake does not enroll you in a plan.

A review built around your everyday care

A useful comparison goes beyond the monthly premium. Bring your priorities so we can discuss:

  • Your care team: the doctors, hospitals and locations you want to check.
  • Your prescriptions: medication names, dosages, preferred pharmacies and cost questions.
  • Your budget: premiums and other potential out-of-pocket costs, alongside the coverage details.

Provider participation and prescription coverage must be checked for the specific plan and year. Preparing information does not change your current coverage.

Turning 65 or new to Medicare?

Some people are enrolled automatically; others need to sign up. Before choosing additional coverage, confirm your Medicare enrollment status and effective dates. If you have employer coverage, discuss how it coordinates before making changes.

Check your next steps at Medicare.gov.

Already have Medicare?

Start with what you want to review: your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacy, expected costs, or a change in your circumstances. Have your current plan information and any notices available. Returning clients can use the same preparation link to provide updated information. Tell us what changed, even if the rest of your coverage needs are the same. For your annual review, provide a fresh list of your doctors, prescriptions and pharmacies, even if you completed a survey last year. Our intake helps organize a conversation; it does not change your coverage.

Considering Medicare Supplement insurance?

Medicare Supplement insurance, also called Medigap, helps with certain out-of-pocket costs under Original Medicare. It is a different coverage path from Medicare Advantage. Eligibility, purchase rights and available policies depend on your circumstances.

Read Medicare.gov’s Medigap overview.

Need a Part D prescription drug review?

Use the prescription-focused intake if drug coverage is your main question. Gather your medication names, dosages, frequency and preferred pharmacies before starting. Discuss how any proposed change fits with your existing coverage.

Want to explore Wellcare plans?

Visit Michael Roberts’ Wellcare representative page to explore Wellcare Medicare plans offered for your area. This link shows Wellcare options, not a comparison of every insurer. Availability and enrollment eligibility vary.

Prefer help reviewing your options? Use the Medicare review choices above or call (800) 310-2743. Opening a link does not enroll you or change your coverage.

For separate benefits, explore dental and vision coverage. Check any benefits you already have before purchasing additional coverage.

What to have ready

  • Your current coverage and Medicare effective dates, if enrolled.
  • Your doctors, hospitals and preferred pharmacies.
  • Your prescription list and dosage information.
  • Any coverage notices, upcoming deadlines and budget questions.

Use the linked intake service for detailed information. Do not put Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers or medical details into our general quote form.

What happens after you start?

You will leave BrowardInsurance.com for our agency’s RetireFlo intake. Review the service’s privacy and contact-consent information before submitting. After you submit, our team reviews your information and follows up about your needs. We can prepare a personalized plan comparison and share a HealthSherpa Medicare link for you to review online. You can discuss questions with us before deciding how to proceed. Comparison links are prepared by our team; they are not sent automatically when you submit this intake. Phone appointments are available Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern, subject to calendar availability. You do not need to complete both intake services. A survey is not a confirmed appointment. Starting an intake is not enrollment.

When you finish preparing, use the survey completion button to choose a Medicare appointment. You may also schedule a conversation now. Your time is reserved only after the booking service confirms it.

A Scope of Appointment records the topics you agree to discuss. It is not an enrollment application or the same as general marketing permission. Our team will confirm any required preparation and timing before a plan-specific sales appointment.

Prefer another intake option? Use our HealthSherpa Medicare intake.

Do I need all my policy details now?

No. Start with your contact details and the kind of help you need. You can gather policy documents for the follow-up conversation.

Will this change my current insurance?

No. Sending a request does not bind, change, renew or cancel coverage. Review any proposed change with a licensed agent before making a decision.

When can I speak with someone?

Licensed-agent follow-up is Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding closures. Our AI phone assistant answers 24/7. A callback request or time preference is not a confirmed appointment.
